Jeff McKnight
Principal
Mr. McKnight has had a successful and varied career with extensive background that includes senior officer level positions in the areas of startup management, financial management, global marketing and operations, systems development, strategic planning, sales, and customer service. He is currently a Founding Partner with Safe Harbour 3 LLC which generates and manages new development opportunities for multi-family, residential real estate projects, including real-estate market analysis, and residential and commercial financing. After more than 35 years in the aviation technology business, he participated in and held officer level positions with several global enterprises. Mr. McKnight is also very active in community activities such as Chairman of the Board of Hospice of the Chesapeake, Board of Directors and Treasurer of Leadership Anne Arundel, Founder and Chairman of the Neighborhood Leadership Academy. Member Blue Ribbon Panel (appointed by the County Executive) recommending changes to the Impact Fees.

Don Boucher

Boucher has an impressive list of credentials with over 34 years of professional experience in a wide range of senior level leadership and management positions including strategic market planning, business development, product development and management, startup management, lifecycle management, procurement management, information technology management, and project management. He is currently a Founding Partner with Safe Harbour 3 LLC which generates and manages new development opportunities for multi-family, residential real estate projects, including real-estate market analysis, and residential and commercial financing. Mr. Boucher is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Systems Management from Western New England College. He served for over 21 years in the US Army, including eight years on the staff of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, receiving numerous awards and citations including the Vice Presidential Award for Innovation in Reinventing Government.

Mr. Flack is the founder and chairman of Flack Ventures. He has significant expertise in using best business practices to increase corporate performance; process reengineering through process mapping; contract negotiation and executive management utilizing innovative change leadership methodologies. Mr. Flack is tasked with directing development for a NY Fortune 500 consulting firm whose success has been incrementally measured in revenues and accolades. Mr. Flack is a featured speaker at seminars concerning business improvement and how to measure overall ROI. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, The Life and Breath Foundation and the Slash Fund and he attended The University of New England, Howard University and The University of Maryland.
